Whistleblowing
Artsana Group has adopted its own Whistleblowing Policy, by activating an internal Whistleblowing Platform (in compliance with the Directive (EU) 2019/1937).
Through this Platform it will be possible to report events of which one has become aware and which may cause damage or harm to Group companies or third parties.
Any whistleblower shall submit reports to the relevant Group company by selecting the reporting channel with the name of such Company, if available, or by selecting the shared reporting channel “Artsana EU Group Companies Channel”.

Each Group company may adopt a specific local procedure, which will incorporate the peculiarities of local regulations.
Artsana S.p.A. ha adottato, in ottemperanza al D. Lgs. 24/2023, la propria Procedura Whistleblowing, implementazione locale della Artsana Group Whistleblowing Policy.
Attraverso tale Procedura, Artsana S.p.A. ha predisposto una piattaforma di segnalazione, reperibile al seguente link:
selezionando il canale denominato “Artsana S.p.A.”.
