ARTSANA TRAINING SCHOOL
We pay particular attention to the development and growth of the professional and managerial skills of our employees. Artsana Training School was founded to promote professional development of resources and instil a sense of affiliation with the Group. This is a systemic training process that includes:

Artsana Campus:
dedicated to training fresh graduates working for the company, it was created to provide an even more attractive growth path for youngsters with high potential.
Artsana Academy:
a training school dedicated to Group professionals and managers.
Artsana University:
courses structured specifically to develop craft skills and expertise.

ARTSANA PEOPLE PERFORMANCE SYSTEM

Artsana Group has developed a system to assess its human resources in fact, it uses a formal, encrypted and shared system to assess performance which means transforming casual, desultory assessment, conditioned by improvisation and emotion, into a systematic process that uses a uniform language for all concerned and provides a core people management and development tool. The assessment system supports the creation of a result-based culture and encourages people to perform to the best of their abilities.
